Regedit PsExec

REGEDIT PSEXEC SETUP - IAN MUTCH

PsExec is a powerful tool from Sysinternals which, in this instance, opens Regedit with higher than normal privileges.

This allows you to delete otherwise stubborn registry keys, eg. legacy keys.
