Contig Context

CONTIG CONTEXT SETUP - IAN MUTCH

Contig is a powerful command line defragmenter from Sysinternals. CONTIG CONTEXT adds Contig to the right click context menu of files and folders allowing you to defrag any file or folder, including subfolders, with one click. No knowledge of command lines is required.

To defragment a whole drive go to My Computer on XP, or Computer on Vista. From the right click menu click Contig.
